How Can severe Dizziness And Rapid Heart Rate Be Treated?

Out of nowhere I start getting really dizzy, I feel like I can t breath, my heart bumps faster, i cant stand still or sometimes stand and i feel like vomiting . I get this at least twice a month. What do I have , if there is no chance of me being pregnant?

By what you say I feel that you need to get yourself evaluated for POTS (postural orthostatic hypotension syndrome.)
